Materials are carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, brass, copper, titanium alloy or customized according to your requirements.

Q3: When can I get the quotation ?

A3: We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry and drawing.

Q4:Can You Strictly Follow The Tolerance on The Drawing And Meet The High Precision?

A4：Yes, we can, we can provide high precision parts and make the parts as your drawing.

Q5:How to Custom-made (OEM/ODM)

A5：If you have a new product drawing or a sample, please send to us, and we can custom-made the hardware as your required.     We will also provide our professional advices of the products to make the design to be more realized & maximize the performance.

Q6:Will my drawing be safe after you get it?

A6: Yes, we will not release your design to third party unless with your permission.

Q7: How should I order and make payment?

A7:By T/T, for samples 100% with the order；for production, 30% paid for deposit by T/T before production arrangement, the balance to be paid before shipment.

Q8:What's your delivery time?

A8:It depends on quantity, it will takes 15-20days after order confirmation.   We will make the delivery as soon as possible with the guarantee quality.

To avoid any subsequent trouble regarding quality issue, we suggest you check the goods once you receive them. If there is any transport damaged or quality issue, don't forget take the detail pictures and contact us as soon as possible, we will properly handle it to make sure your loss to reduce to the small lest.
